Qualifications

• Enrolled in accounting/finance program with at least 1 year of coursework
• Must be 18 years of age to work at a construction project site
• Basic understanding of GAAP principles (journal entries, general ledger)
• Demonstrate interest in how finance supports real-world construction projects and business operations, including use of data/AI tools
• Willingness to travel and access to reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Engage fully in Intern Program and prioritize assignments with supervision guidance
• Learn Turner accounting processes including project accounting and revenue recognition
• Support billing, accounts receivable, and vendor invoice processing
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis, and month-end close tasks
• Gain exposure to AI-enabled tools and data analytics for financial reporting
