Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a 2- or 4-year college offering accredited degree programs in Accounting or Finance with at least 1 year of coursework.
• Must be 18 years of age to work on a construction site.
• Willing to work a standard work week.
• Basic understanding of GAAP (journal entries, general ledger).
• Demonstrate leadership, campus involvement, or community activities.
• Interest in how finance supports construction projects and use of data/AI.

Responsibilities

• Engage fully in Intern Program and prioritize learning and project deliverables.
• Learn and apply Turner financial accounting processes and project finance concepts.
• Follow Finance policies on reporting, confidentiality, and data governance.
• Develop communication, teamwork, and ability to take direction.
