• Demonstrate leadership, campus involvement, or community activities.
• Interest in how finance supports construction projects and emerging technologies (AI).
• Ability to take direction, listen, and complete tasks within deadlines.
• Highly organized with attention to detail for data entry.

Responsibilities

• Engage fully in Intern Program and prioritize learning requirements.
• Learn Turner financial accounting processes including construction accounting principles.
• Follow Finance policies related to reporting and data governance.
• Develop communication, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills.
• Attend training sessions, site visits, and program events.
• Review billing details against contracts for accuracy and supporting documents.
• Assist with coding project costs and validating invoices.
• Support month-end close with journal entries and cash flow monitoring.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and presentations for management.
