• Demonstrate interpersonal leadership or campus involvement
• Interest in how finance supports real-world construction projects including AI tools
• Ability to listen, take direction, and meet deadlines
• Highly organized with attention to detail for data entry
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
• Familiar with AI tools and willingness to learn applications
• Some travel may be required
• Access to reliable transportation

Aufgaben

• Engage fully in Intern Program and coordinate with supervisors to prioritize work
• Learn and apply Turner financial accounting processes including construction accounting principles
• Follow Finance policies related to reporting and data governance
• Develop communication and teamwork skills
• Participate in training sessions, project site visits, and learning opportunities
• Review billing details against contracts for accuracy and invoice backup
• Assist with coding project costs and month-end close support
• Support invoice processing and vendor/account verification
• Assist with budgets, journal entries, and project cash flow analysis
• Perform ad hoc analyses and prepare management presentations
• Share progress updates with supervisor and seek feedback
• Contribute to AI-enabled financial process improvements
• Carry out other duties as assigned
