Job summary

Moncon is seeking a Field Engineer to assist the Superintendent and project team in managing subcontractors and vendors to keep the project on time and within budget. You will help ensure quality and safety standards are met while supporting daily site operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating activities, tracking milestones, maintaining schedules, and assisting with documentation and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years’ prior experience with a General Contractor, Engineering firm or similar role preferred.
• Actively seek opportunities for professional growth and development within the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating and overseeing daily activities on the construction site.
• Assist with scheduling of work to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Assist with maintaining the delivery calendar and project documentation.
• Help coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and consultants for smooth project flow.
• Assist in safety compliance, reporting incidents and maintaining site binders.
