Job summary

MYCON General Contractors, Inc. seeks a Project Superintendent to supervise subcontractor crews and field activities, ensuring on-time, on-budget project delivery.

You will coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and the field team to maintain clear communication and high-quality work. Responsibilities include enforcing safety programs, reviewing shop drawings, managing daily reports, and mentoring the assistant superintendents.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA 30-hour training certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Minimum five years of construction experience; general contractor preferred.
• Knowledge of construction methods, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong supervisory and personnel management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise subcontractor labor and job activities to meet schedule and budget.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and others.
• Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with safety standards.
• Mentor Assistant Superintendents and field team members.
• Manage daily reports, safety inspections, and Procore documentation.
• Plan field objectives and construction sequencing for projects.
