Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to lead on-site field activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely progress in alignment with project plans. You will work closely with the Superintendent, HS&E, and subcontractors to resolve field-level challenges and keep projects moving.

The role emphasizes strong communication, proactive safety planning, and stakeholder coordination in a fast-paced construction environment. Travel to project sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction supervision experience as Foreman, Lead Hand, or similar role.
• Experience in field leadership on active project sites preferred.
• Strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day field activities, ensuring safety and alignment with project plans and Ledcor safety requirements.
• Promote safety culture through hazard assessments, toolbox talks, and incident reporting support.
• Monitor field progress, production, and quality to keep projects on track.
• Supervise subcontractor performance, including safety compliance and schedule adherence.
• Build strong working relationships with project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
