ALLY Construction Services in Lansdale, PA is seeking a Field Engineer to support site operations under the supervision of a Superintendent or VP. You will help obtain and coordinate information to build projects in accordance with contract documents, ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality.

This role suits analytical thinkers who communicate clearly and work well in the field. You will assist with field administration, review drawings, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and Project

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Basic scheduling software knowledge preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tools.
• Willingness to work on-site at construction sites.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing site safety programs and ensure subcontractor compliance.
• Maintain contract documents and field records.
• Review drawings and specs for coordination and installation.
• Support field operations, prepare daily field reports.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Contribute to meetings with subcontractors and vendors.
