Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks and quantity take-offs.
• Prepare OPCCs and design-build cost estimates using Timberline.
• Coordinate bid processes, pricing, and subcontractor quotes.
• Develop schedules, cost analyses, and change management data.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for compliance.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure QA/QC on estimates.
