CDM Smith is seeking an Estimator in Oregon to perform cost estimating, quantity take-offs, and price research for construction projects. You will prepare OPCCs, coordinate with subcontractors, and assist in pre-bid activities and bid-day processes.

The role requires familiarity with construction costs, bid packages, and supporting project teams with documentation and change management. On-site work in Gresham, OR is expected with a collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in construction estimating and cost research for projects.
• Ability to prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) and similar cost analyses.
• Familiarity with bid processes, pre-bid activities, and change management.

Responsabilidades

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs.
• Prepare cost estimates, price lists, and labor/material/equipment costs.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for current pricing and bid responses.
• Assist in pre-bid walks and Bid-Day tabulations.
• Support project managers with RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
• Maintain field records and assist with project execution documentation.
