Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CM; travel required.
• 3 years related experience; domestic/international travel.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates, takeoffs, and cost analyses.
• Use Timberline to prepare OPCCs and design-build costs.
• Coordinate with PMs and procurement on pricing and bids.
• Develop baseline schedules and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Support QA/QC and safety plans; assist with field inspections.
• Lead small project components and provide technical guidance.
