CDM Smith is seeking an experienced estimator/project controls specialist to perform cost estimation, scheduling, and procurement support for diverse construction projects. You will collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure accurate cost data and timely project reporting.

The role emphasizes thorough analysis, accurate price research, and effective communication to drive successful bid outcomes and project execution.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related construction experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare OPCCs and cost estimates using historical data and current pricing.
• Develop and maintain baseline schedules and WBS structures.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals for conformance.
• Assist in change management, RFIs, and QA/QC processes.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.
