CDM Smith is seeking an estimator to support project cost management across multiple construction phases. You will perform quantity take-offs, price list development, and cost research to prepare Opinions of Probable Cost for various projects including design-build scopes.

You will also coordinate with project managers and subcontractors, assist with bid-day activities, and provide field-support documentation to ensure accurate, timely cost reporting and change management.

Qualifikationen

• Basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks.
• Prepare and review OPCCs for design-build projects.
• Contact subs for current pricing and bidder interest.
• Participate in pre-bid walks and Bid-Day quotes.
• Provide technical, field and site administration support to project personnel.
• Develop purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders, and applications for payment.
