Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Utilize Timberline to prepare Opinions of Probable Cost (OPCC) and design-build estimates.
• Develop schedules including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and activity durations; support project controls.
• Prepare and review submittals, RFIs, and change management documents.
• Coordinate with project teams on purchasing, subcontracts, and budget tracking.
• Provide guidance and review work of junior staff.
