Responsibilities

Perform basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and researching costs.
Utilize Timberline to prepare or assist in OPCCs for design-build projects.
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and procurement groups for pricing and bids.
Develop or assist in development of purchase orders, subcontracts, and change orders.
Provide technical guidance to junior staff and contribute to project scheduling and cost reporting.
