Responsibilities

• Perform estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Prepare Opinions of Probable Cost (OPCC) and design-build project estimates using Timberline.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, and vendors for pricing.
• Develop project schedules and cost reports; support QA/QC and safety plans.
