Responsibilities

• Performs basic to moderately complex estimating tasks including quantity take-offs and cost researching.
• Prepares OPCCs and design-build project estimates.
• Assists in development of purchase orders, subcontracts, change orders and applications for payment.
• Develops project schedules and conducts cost tracking and reporting.
