CDM Smith is seeking an estimator to perform basic to moderately complex estimating work on construction projects across Illinois. You will research costs, prepare OPCCs, and support bid activities with procurement teams and field staff.

You will collaborate with design engineers and project personnel to ensure accurate cost data and timely bid submissions, contributing to successful project delivery.

Formación

• Experience performing basic to moderately complex estimating tasks.
• Ability to research labor, material and equipment costs for take-offs.
• Experience in preparing Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC).

Responsabilidades

• Perform estimating tasks based on project type and lifecycle stage.
• Prepare or assist inOPCCs and design-build estimates.
• Coordinate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers; review RFIs and submittals.
