Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic to moderately complex estimating tasks incl. quantity take-offs and cost research.
• Prepare Opinions of Probable Cost of Construction (OPCC) and design-build costs.
• Coordinate with PMs, procurement, and field teams to develop guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Performs quantity take-offs and develops material price lists.
• Researches labor, material and equipment costs for take-offs.
• Receives and reviews pricings from PMs against OPCCs.
• Contacts subs and suppliers for current pricing and bidder interest.
• Assists in pre-bid walks and bid-day tabulations.
