HOLT CAT is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to grow the Holt Cat brand in a defined Texas territory. The role focuses on direct customer interaction, collaboration with account managers for new and used equipment, and supporting marketing initiatives and product demonstrations.

The position emphasizes customer service, relationship building, and effective use of pricing and financing options to close deals. It is a full-time onsite role in Little Elm with travel within the region as needed.

Competenze

• Education and experience aligned with sales in equipment or construction sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with merchandising programs and Cat Finance.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.

Mansioni

• Drive retail customer experience and manage the sales process, displays, funnels, and campaigns in collaboration with marketing and outside sales.
• Identify and develop new prospects and maintain existing customers for new and used equipment.
• Prepare and communicate pricing, financing options, and sales agreements with or without outside sales involvement.
• Support sales initiatives through account management, cold calling, and walk-in customer engagement.
• Highlight product features and benefits to influence purchasing decisions.
• Showcase inventory through showroom displays and marketing materials.
