Responsibilities

• Drives the retail customer experience through sales process management, showroom displays, and customer interaction.
• Locates, develops, and maintains new prospects and existing customers for new and used equipment.
• Prepares and communicates machine pricing, finance options, and sales/rental agreements.
• Supports sales initiatives through account management, cold calling, and walk-in customers.
• Influences purchasing decisions by highlighting features and Caterpillar value propositions.
• Maintains sales activity in Holt Cat's CRM tool and manages order workflow.
