Job summary

Bobcat - Gateway Dealer Network is seeking an outside salesperson to cover construction equipment sales in Williamson County, TN. You will demonstrate equipment, prospect, and follow up promptly, with a focus on growing revenue in the assigned territory.

The role requires self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work with Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental teams. Quota attainment and occasional travel are expected.

Qualifications

5+ years in construction equipment sales or related field.
BA/BS in Marketing, Sales, or Business.
Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Daily territory management and revenue growth through on-site visits and calls.
Plan and organize strategies to exceed quota via renting and selling equipment.
Promote sale and rental equipment lines.
Promote Parts and Service value.
Complete sales orders, rental contracts, and related paperwork.
Document daily calls and develop weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
