DAVIS is seeking an experienced EHS Manager to identify hazards on large construction sites and implement corrective measures to eliminate risk. You will lead field audits, train staff, and coordinate with trade partners to advance safety culture on multi-project sites.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in EHS or related field, 5+ years in construction safety, and relevant certifications. Base salary ranges from $115,000 to $140,000 with robust benefits and a strong emphasis on health and safety

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety or related field, or equivalent safety experience
• Minimum of five years of occupational EHS experience in construction
• Safety Trained Supervisor Certification or equivalent
• Construction Health and Safety Technician Certification or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas to employees, trade partners and clients

Responsabilidades

• Field audits, inspections, and risk identification to identify hazards
• Lead comprehensive EHS audits and field inspections on high-risk projects
• Identify systemic issues and ensure timely resolution and documentation
• Conduct peer audits of other EHS managers and share findings with leadership
• Maintain a strong field presence and model EHS leadership behaviors
• Review and approve Job Hazard Analyses, Pre-Task Plans, and high-risk work scopes
• Ensure control measures align with DAVIS standards and regulatory requirements
• Integrate EHS into preconstruction, logistics, and project planning discussions
• Lead safety planning for high-risk work and manage trade partner engagement
• Lead project EHS kickoff and trade partner preconstruction meetings
• Manage incident investigations and corrective actions and document outcomes
