DAVIS Construction is seeking an EHS Manager to identify hazards on large project sites and implement corrective measures to eliminate risk. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in EHS or related field, 5+ years in construction EHS, and relevant certifications.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health + Safety Sciences or related field, or equivalent safety experience.
• 5+ years of experience in occupational EHS in construction.
• Certifications: SSTS/SSH or CHST, or equivalent; knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EHS audits and field inspections on high-risk projects and ensure timely resolution and documentation.
• Review and approve Job Hazard Analyses and Pre-Task Plans; manage high-risk work scopes.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Engage with leadership and trade partners to improve safety performance and culture.
