Job summary

Novax Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Document Controller for a permanent role with a New Jersey construction contractor. You will own the flow, accuracy and organization of project information across multiple jobs, ensuring accessibility of drawings and documentation for field and office teams.

Responsibilities include managing incoming drawings and revisions, coordinating RFIs and submittals, maintaining project servers and drawing structures, and using Procore to support project

Qualifications

• Construction document control expertise.
• Ability to manage project documentation independently.
• Experience with drawing management and RFIs/submittals.

Responsibilities
