Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years dispatch/scheduling experience in the construction field.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication with ability to build rapport with field staff.
• Proficient with MS Office and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule personnel and equipment for current projects.
• Coordinate future personnel availability with Operations Resource Manager; adjust project start dates as needed.
• Monitor schedule forecast and discuss conflicts with the Operations Resource Manager.
• Assist Project Managers with procurement and scheduling of equipment and personnel.
• Communicate equipment problems to maintenance for repair.
• Order, stock, and deliver material to Northern California projects as needed.
