Qualifications

• At least two years of dispatch or staffing operations experience.
• Experience with digital scheduling, AI-enabled tools, or automation.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills; quick learner of new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily labor dispatch activities for multiple clients and jobsites with Sunday–Friday planning.
• Receive, prioritize, and fulfill labor requests based on urgency, client needs, and safety considerations.
• Communicate with clients, PMs, superintendents, foremen, field personnel, and employees about staffing changes.
• Match employees to assignments based on location, availability, trade, skills, and client preferences.
• Provide employees with complete assignment details and jobsite-specific information.
• Track and document all employee responses and coverage status.
• Maintain real-time records of availability, assignments, and staffing gaps.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate manager.
• Maintain professional communication during high-volume periods.
