Responsibilities

• Schedule appropriately certified field technicians and inspectors for multiple construction projects.
• Provide clients with high-quality customer service.
• Communicate client needs to field staff.
• Prepare field files for staff.
• Answer telephones and greet clients at the front desk.
• Document organization and filing.
• Provide administrative support to project managers.
• Manage office fleet vehicles.
• Assist with safety officer responsibilities.
• Assist with field inventory supplies and equipment.
