Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule certified field technicians and inspectors for projects.
• Provide customers with high-quality service and communicate needs to staff.
• Prepare field files and maintain organized documentation.
• Answer phones and greet clients at front desk.
• Assist project managers with administrative tasks.
• Manage office fleet vehicles and inventory.
• Support safety officer tasks as needed.
• Assist with field inventory supplies and equipment.
