• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to meet goals with limited supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Developing and managing construction schedules, job packages, permits, and outage information for internal and contractor crews.
• Dispatching jobs using scheduling systems, monitoring progress, adjusting workloads, and documenting delays.
• Tracking and reviewing work orders, reports, crew timesheets, contractor invoices, and maintaining records in Excel/Access.
• Handling customer calls, responding to inquiries, and providing updates to crews and designers to ensure timely communication and issue resolution.
• Generating GIS maps, inputting planned outage information, and using dashboards to monitor risks, project due dates, and workload visibility.
• Supporting team operations by attending meetings, providing relief coverage, serving as Wire Down Manager during storms.
