Construction Resources in Norcross, GA is seeking a Production Scheduler / Dispatcher to manage daily installation scheduling, confirm readiness, and support billing processes. You will coordinate with customers and the sales team to ensure timely installations and accurate order routing.

The role requires strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous customer service experience is preferred, and overtime may be required to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous customer service experience is required; experience in our industry is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Learn scheduling and routing of daily installations from the production manager.
• Call builders/customers to verify job readiness.
• Route/schedule orders by requested ship date up to 2–3 days in advance.
• Distribute next day routes to warehouse for picking and pre‑stage process.
• Assist in the check-in process each morning and prep install orders for billing.
• Support month-end processes and inventory events.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely, professional manner.
• Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all customer interactions.
