Job summary

The Middlesex Corporation is seeking an Assistant Construction Dispatcher to support daily work schedules, labor and equipment needs, and rental coordination for multiple projects. You will work closely with Superintendents and the Construction Operations Manager to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.

Ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the communication skills to manage diverse personalities on a busy construction site.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collect and distribute daily work schedules for each project.
• Schedule equipment moves in line with project timelines.
• Coordinate labor and equipment needs with Construction Operations Manager.
• Set up owner/operator rental trucks as required.
• Maintain insurance certificates and related files.
• Coordinate deliveries to/from construction yard and projects.
