Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in construction management, with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, cost management, and document control.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and codes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable auto coverage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and manage construction teams, site supervisors, and trade partners to optimize performance and build quality.
• Direct all aspects of construction operations across product types and customer segments.
• Maintain efficient workflows and approval processes to improve customer satisfaction and partner experience.
• Develop cost control procedures and forecast staffing to support project delivery.
• Coordinate with land development and permitting authorities to minimize delays and ensure on-time home completions.
• Foster collaboration between construction and customer care for smooth handoffs of completed homes.
