Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee home construction from inception through move-in across assigned communities. You will manage job sites, schedules, and trade partner performance to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires residential construction management experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Build Pro, Procore, and Microsoft Office. Travel and in‑person duties are expected at job sites.

Qualifications

• Residential construction management experience required.
• Experience in home building/construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and knowledge of building codes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction from inception to move-in, manage sites, scheduling, and supervise trade partners.
• Conduct twice-daily home walks to monitor progress, uphold quality standards, and schedule compliance.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors and trade partners to ensure cost‑effective resolutions.
• Manage Build Pro communications and invoice approvals to ensure timely payments.
• Ensure job site safety and adherence to state and federal building codes.
