Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee homebuilding in assigned communities, ensuring quality, safety, schedule adherence, and cost control. You will lead field teams, coordinate trade partners, review plans, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong client relationships.

Regular on-site presence, strong site safety, and proficiency with Build Pro/Procore and MS Office are required; a high school diploma or GED (college degree preferred) and relevant residential

Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction management is required.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Build Pro, Procore and MS Office to streamline workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction activities from inception to move-in, schedule and supervise trade partners to meet timelines and scopes.
• Conduct regular site walks and ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
• Negotiate solutions with inspectors/trade partners to support budget adherence and best practices.
• Maintain documentation including change orders, POs, and safety logs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer care, and management to resolve issues.
