We are seeking a Development & Construction Manager to support a growing pipeline of industrial real estate development and construction projects across North America.

This role requires a strong blend of construction management experience and pre-development, permitting, and entitlement expertise. Industrial experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from early-stage due diligence through design, permitting, and construction completion
• Manage zoning, entitlement, and permitting processes with local municipalities
• Coordinate and oversee architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
• Support industrial build-to-suit and repositioning projects across North America
• Collaborate closely with asset management, leasing, and transaction teams to ensure alignment with investment objectives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial development and construction experience
• Strong knowledge of permitting and entitlement processes
• Experience with a developer or A&E firm preferred
• Comfortable working in a lean, hands-on team environment

Team & Compensation

• Asset Management team based in New York; collaborative, small-team culture
• Hybrid schedule (4 days in office with flexibility)
• Base salary up to $150,000 plus bonus up to $25,000
