Property Development Manager, Industrial & Commercial Projects

About the Company - Our NYC leader in property development is seeking to add a highly motivated Senior Director to their growing Development & Construction Group.

About the Role - The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire end to construction/development/re-development for multiple high-end commercial Real Estate projects.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Review of company financials performance, attribution analysis, financial review, and creation of detailed models.
• Oversee the execution and capital improvement effort for several multi-site projects.
• Deliver on strategic design project based work focused around property improvements and value add.
• Present due diligence/potential risks and make recommendations to Investment Committee.
• Coordinate all aspects of transaction execution, bid process and deal closing process with Senior Management/Board of Directors.
• Adhere closely to budget/Finance proposals and project timelines.
• Provide project-level status reports to clients on a timely and accurate basis.
• Direct the technical due diligence process in support of new acquisitions.
• Review project feasibility studies and seek input from firms market research group.
• Work with site Engineers to ensure budget and scope of work is compliant.
• Review marketing materials for new to market projects.
• Oversee back-testing of investments analytical framework and cash-flow forecasts.

Academic Qualifications: - 4 year degree within engineering, architecture, or construction management is preferred.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years overall transferable Real Estate/Project Management experience.
• Prior large Development or similar experience required.
• Proven ability to lead projects from beginning to end.

Pay range and compensation package: - $300,000 - $400,000
