Job summary

A well-capitalized real estate investment platform is seeking a Development & Construction Manager to support a growing pipeline of industrial development projects across the U.S. This hands-on role involves managing projects from early feasibility through to construction execution, requiring 3–5 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure project delivery aligns with scope and budget while having exposure to complete development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in real estate development and/or construction.
• Direct exposure to ground‑up development and construction management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from early‑stage diligence through construction closeout.
• Support site evaluation, feasibility, and early‑stage project planning.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones.
