Job summary

Noor Staffing Group is seeking a Development Manager to lead ground-up and value-add industrial projects from site acquisition through stabilization. This high-visibility role demands managing complex timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include overseeing entitlements, coordinating with GC/architect/engineers, underwriting opportunities, and tracking pro formas. Travel to project sites will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in industrial real estate development, construction management, or related field.
• Strong understanding of entitlement processes, construction contracts, and development pro formas.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external partners.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

What You\'ll Do

• Manage industrial development projects (warehouse, distribution, light manufacturing) from due diligence through construction completion
• Oversee entitlement, permitting, and zoning processes in coordination with local jurisdictions
• Manage general contractors, architects, engineers, and other consultants to keep projects on schedule and on budget
• Underwrite new development opportunities and support site selection/acquisition analysis
• Track project budgets, draw schedules, and pro formas; report performance to leadership and investors
• Coordinate with leasing and asset management teams to align delivery timelines with tenant needs
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise on-site and in negotiations

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in industrial real estate development, construction management, or a related field
• Strong understanding of entitlement processes, construction contracts, and development pro formas
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and external partners simultaneously
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
