Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC in Denver seeks a Manager, Construction Delivery Enablement to drive alignment and continuous improvement across NA construction delivery. You will study current workflows, identify information gaps, and design smarter ways to enable field teams.

You will build an end-to-end delivery enablement model, own onboarding and training, and lead change management initiatives across projects.

Qualifications

7+ years in training, change management, internal communications or organizational enablement.
Experience building processes and programs from scratch.
Proven ability to drive measurable behavior change or tool adoption across distributed teams.
Strong writing and editing skills; able to simplify technical content for field teams.

Responsibilities

Understand how delivery teams work today and identify information gaps.
Design and implement an end-to-end delivery enablement model for intake, prioritization, channels and rollout.
Lead adoption plans for major delivery initiatives with readiness, rollout and reinforcement.
Own onboarding and ongoing training for Delivery teams; build a centralized learning hub.
Lead delivery communications and craft plain-language messages for field staff and leadership.
Partner with Program Managers, Tools & Technology, EHS and HR/L&D to coordinate enablement efforts.
