Vantage Data Centers Management Company LLC seeks a Senior Manager, Business Tools & Technology to own how technology and data support construction delivery. You will define requirements, shape strategy, evaluate solutions, and lead pilots across field, project and functional teams.

You will drive adoption, connect data across the organization, and measure value while guiding a lean, senior individual contributor team. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Competenze

• 8+ years in business technology, digital transformation, or tech strategy roles.
• Experience owning complex technology initiatives from need to adoption.
• Strong user-focused mindset translating problems into tech solutions.
• Experience evaluating technology portfolios and recommending actions (build/buy/integrate).
• Experience leading technology pilots with clear success criteria.
