Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Operations, Product Management, Technical Program Management, Operational Readiness, or related field.
• Experience deploying hardware-intensive, infrastructure, or data center products.
• Structured change management: impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption measurement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work across teams in a matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Lead change planning, readiness & adoption activities for product programs.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Construction Delivery, Supply Chain, Commissioning, Operations & Commercial teams to clarify impacts and adoption needs.
• Assess impacts, risks, and mitigation actions; monitor readiness through deployment.
• Develop deployment materials, readiness checklists, SOPs, and onboarding resources.
• Facilitate engagement with project teams and stakeholders to reinforce communications and execution.
