Job summary

Vantage seeks an experienced Senior Manager to own how technology and data enable our construction delivery organization. You will shape strategy, requirements and a roadmap, then pilot and scale solutions across field, project and functional teams.

You’ll lead pilots, connect data across the organization and drive measurable value while working in a lean, hands-on environment. This role is senior individual contributor and requires strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business technology, digital transformation or similar roles.
• Experience owning complex tech initiatives from need to adoption.
• Strong user-focused mindset translating business problems to tech solutions.
• Experience evaluating portfolios and making strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technology strategy and a holistic Delivery ecosystem roadmap.
• Define requirements, evaluate and implement solutions, measure value.
• Lead pilots of emerging technologies and drive adoption across teams.
• Bring together business, tech partners and vendors to push initiatives.
• Create clear business cases, requirements and success metrics.
• Ensure data and integrations provide accessible, usable insights.
