Job summary

Vantage Data Centers in Denver seeks a Construction Delivery Enablement Manager to align North America delivery and drive continuous improvement across projects. You’ll study current workflows, design smarter information flows, and empower field teams with repeatable templates and clear ownership for training and communications.

You’ll partner with Program Managers and the Tools & Technology Manager to rollout new delivery tools, measure adoption, and scale successful changes across projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in training, change management, internal communications or organizational enablement, ideally in construction or infrastructure delivery.
• Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end enablement programs.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical content.

Responsibilities

• Understand how delivery teams work today and where information gets lost.
• Design the end-to-end delivery enablement process, including training and communications ownership.
• Create repeatable templates, playbooks and governance for scale.
• Build change and adoption plans for major delivery initiatives with clear metrics.
• Lead onboarding, training center, and adoption tracking for North America Delivery.
• Collaborate with Program Managers and Tools & Technology Manager on rollouts and guidance.
