Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Construction Delivery Tools & Technology in Denver. You will own the technology strategy for the Delivery organization, align stakeholders, define requirements, and drive end-to-end technology initiatives that improve construction delivery.

You will pilot new technologies and foster data-driven decisions across teams. You will collaborate with field, project and enterprise technology partners, building clear business cases and measurable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business technology, digital transformation or similar.
• Experience owning complex technology initiatives from business need through implementation and adoption.
• Strong user-focused mindset translating business problems into practical technology solutions.
• Experience evaluating technology portfolios and making strategic recommendations about what to build, buy, integrate, improve or retire.
• Experience leading technology pilots with clearly defined success criteria and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Understand the business and design around the user—translate real-world needs into clear tech requirements.
• Own the Delivery technology strategy and roadmap; manage the ecosystem and data connections.
• Drive solutions from concept through execution, adoption and measurement with cross-functional teams.
• Lead technology pilots and innovation; define use cases, success criteria and evaluate results.
• Make sense of data and technology ecosystem across Delivery; improve data consistency and accessibility.
