Job summary

Vantage Data Centers seeks a Construction Delivery Enablement Manager to align North America construction delivery and design smarter ways to move information on projects. You will build onboarding, training centers, and governance, turning complex content into practical field-ready learning.

Lead change across delivery programs, define ownership for training, and partner with regional leaders to ensure consistent messaging and adoption.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in training, change management, internal communications or organizational enablement.
• Experience in construction, engineering or infrastructure delivery preferred.
• Proven ability to build processes and programs from scratch.
• Track record of driving behavior change or tool adoption across distributed field teams.
• Strong writing and editing skills; simplify technical content.
• Ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority.
• Systems thinking and scalability for delivery enablement.
• Familiarity with learning platforms and Microsoft 365; Procore a plus.
• Change management certification or instructional design background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand how teams work and learn their information needs.
• Design delivery enablement processes and governance.
• Own training and onboarding within Delivery.
• Develop and implement change and adoption plans for major initiatives.
• Coordinate with Program Managers and Tools & Technology Manager.
• Track adoption metrics and improve delivery enablement.
