Smart Care Equipment Solutions in Anaheim, CA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support sales and service inquiries and ensure accurate data capture for service delivery. The role requires a high school diploma and 1+ years in customer service within the construction industry, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Training will cover our proprietary software and Windows-based systems.

Qualifications

1+ years’ customer service experience in the construction industry.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong computer skills with Windows-based software.
Ability to work independently and multi-task.
Excellent verbal communication and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer calls regarding sales or service inquiries.
Obtain information from customers and enter data in real time into the appropriate database to facilitate effective service and appropriate follow-up.
Determine service request type, geography, warranty and equipment information based on customer request.
Track and code inquiries and coordinate with dispatch, billing, credit, parts and field management to respond to customer inquiries and ensure resolution.
Make outbound calls to obtain information and provide responses to customer inquiries.
