HomeTeam is seeking a Builder Customer Service Representative in Riverside, CA. You will provide outstanding customer service, relay product and installation details to builders and supervisors, and support technicians with tickets and reports.

The role involves scheduling services, handling payments, and maintaining builder relationships. A 1-year CS background and basic computer skills are required; 18+ with a HS diploma is necessary. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous customer service experience is required.
• Basic / entry level computer skills expected.
• Ability to use company telephone features effectively.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in line with HomeTeam standards.
• Inform Home Builders/Supervisors/Vendors about products and installations.
• Print and distribute service tickets and graphs for technicians/installers.
• Execute regional and corporate reports.
• Schedule builder services and address accounting questions.
• Collect and reconcile payments from Home Builders.
• Maintain positive customer and builder relationships.
• Escalate inquiries to managers as needed.
• Communicate with Field Managers and Office staff about tasks.
