Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure in Fontana, CA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Construction). This non-exempt role will ensure a strong customer experience by responding to inbound calls, qualifying leads, and handling inquiries through to delivery in a timely, professional manner.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required and experience in a related role.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Experience with clerical tasks and basic accounting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Oldcastle products and systems to support customers.
• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries in a courteous, professional manner.
• Maintain records, organize files, and support administrative tasks.
• Communicate customer issues to internal staff and follow up on resolutions.
• Support order processing, reports, and NOVAtime related tasks.
