Job summary

Jobot Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Construction Contract Administrator to join our Clovis, CA-based team. You will manage contracts end-to-end, coordinate with subcontractors, and oversee project documentation and billing while ensuring compliance with payroll and regulatory requirements.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in construction management, negotiation, and project oversight.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in contract management, negotiation, project management, and construction management.
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, tracking licenses, and handling documentation and coding.
• Familiarity with OCIP/CCIP, RFPs, prequalifications, and bid proposals.
• Proficiency in Certified Payroll Reporting, DIR regulations, and payroll processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire contract process from drafting and negotiation to implementation and compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and track licenses to ensure compliance with terms.
• Oversee project management including planning, scheduling, and budgeting to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Handle all contract-related documentation and coding for projects.
• Implement and manage OCIP and CCIP programs.
• Prepare and respond to RFPs, prequalifications, and bid proposals.
• Monitor Certified Payroll Reporting and DIR regulations; use payroll tools.
